Function of the parent group
The parent council serves as a sounding board. For example, the management asks us for our views on differentiation within lessons or involving parents in organizing excursions. Parents themselves also bring up topics, such as questions about lesson cancellations, the anti-bullying protocol, inclusive education, quality, homework, exam weeks, and communication. These always concern school-wide matters; individual issues regarding your son or daughter are not discussed. For personal matters, the mentor, study coordinator, and/or team leader are the first points of contact.
